Financial Attestation

Bahrain has a large pool of expatatriates population from different countries which plays an important role in ensuring economic growth and prosperity of the nation. This has in turn increased the demand for effective services of certificate and documents attestation.

Financial Apostilles

Apostille is an international stamp that makes an international document valid and legal in Bahrain. E.g Company formation documents, marriage certificate, POA, Board resolution etc. An apostille certifies the document(s) so the document can be recognized in countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. Bahrain is one of them and accepts US apostilles.

Marriage & Education Certificates, Power of Attorney amongst other documents

What is Apostille

An Apostille is a certificate issued by a designated authority in a country where the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalization of Foreign Public Documents , Apostille Convention, is in force. See a model Apostille.

Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, notarials, court orders, or any other document issued by a public authority, so that they can be recognized in foreign countries that are parties to the Convention.

In Kingdom of Bahrain, Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the only designated Competent Authorities to issue Apostilles.
